We are a charity looking for a new Board Secretary for our organization. We run programs in Calgary and Edmonton for At-Risk Youth involved in the Justice System. We teach music, art, and carpentry, as well as wellness and entrepreneurship.

The role includes these tasks:

• taking board meeting mins
• preparing agenda with Executive Director
• attending working meetings with the board

You must:

• have some admin experience
• have a passion for youth

• have approx 4-6 hours per month to volunteer
