The New Democratic Party of Canada is seeking a Translator / Executive Assistant to support the work of the NDP Executive office in Ottawa, Ontario. This hybrid position will be a key role in supporting NDP communication and operational efforts through effective and efficient English-to-French translation, while also assisting with the smooth and efficient operations of NDP Federal Office. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced translator and/or bilingual administrative professional to support the work of Canada’s NDP.&nbsp;Job Duties &amp; Details<ul><li>English-to-French document translation supporting various NDP departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Translate letters, notices, memos, presentations, emails and fundraising communications</li><li>Provide revisions and quality control of materials translated externally</li><li>Director-level administrative support (record-keeping, proofreading, note-taking, transcription and correspondence processing and response)&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule and meeting management&nbsp;</li><li>Office logistics management&nbsp;</li><li>Travel arrangements&nbsp;</li><li>Information Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
