
YRES Virtual Fair Volunteer (Canada Networking Event)
York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for a Virtual Fair Volunteer —someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves social media.
The Virtual Fair Volunteer is responsible for:
- Support the smooth execution of the event, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees
- Help ensure the virtual fair platform is properly set up, including testing video and audio
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment online
- Help facilitate attendee participation by encouraging interaction within virtual booths, sessions and breakout rooms
- Positively representing YRES online
- Punctual and present throughout the entirety of the event
Location: Virtual, Zoom

Shift: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
