Youth Engagement Coordinator

McCreary Centre Society (McCreary) is seeking a skilled, community orientated individual with strong youth engagement skills to support McCreary’s youth groups and youth engaged research projects.

The successful candidate will initially focus on supporting the Youth Research Academy, sharing McCreary data with youth through interactive workshops, and supporting youth to host conversations with their peers about their health information needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience meaningfully engaging diverse youth in a trauma informed and culturally responsive manner.

Salary: $54,167 p.a. for 37.5 hours per week. Employees are entitled to health benefits upon completion of 6 months’ employment. Additional benefits include professional development and health and wellness funding, and an optional RRSP scheme.
