
Workshop Lead
Ripple Foundation is seeking a Workshop Lead to support the development and delivery of our weekly virtual writing workshops. This role focuses on onboarding facilitators, strengthening workshop quality, and ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for students.

What you'll be doing:
Support onboarding of new facilitators, including orientation and guidance on workshop structure
- Provide ongoing support to facilitators to help them feel confident and prepared
- Review feedback from workshops and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with facilitators to refine delivery and share best practices
- Help maintain a consistent workshop experience across session
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable guiding and supporting peers in a collaborative environment
- Thoughtful and observant, with an interest in improving program quality
- Experience in teaching, facilitation, or mentoring is an asset

Volunteer Commitment:
- Approximately 2–3 hours per week
- Flexible timing (no requirement to attend every Saturday session)
- Minimum 1–2 year commitment preferred
