🌱 We’re Looking for Workshop Facilitators! 🌎

EquipHer is looking for 6 enthusiastic, fully bilingual facilitators (English & French) to support our upcoming Planet Her climate skills workshops for girls ages 8–15 in Montréal.

Planet Her is an experiential climate education program designed to help girls build practical skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of climate change and their role in creating change.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Co-facilitate approximately 6–7 hands-on workshops between September and December
• Facilitate activities and engage participants in both English and French
• Engage girls through interactive activities, discussions, and challenges
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Work alongside the EquipHer team and other facilitators

💰 Honorarium provided
📍 Location: Montréal, Québec
📅 Period: September–December 2026
👧 Participants: Girls ages 8–15

What we’re looking for:

• Fully bilingual in English and French — this is required
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with girls ages 8–15
• Passionate about education, climate, sustainability, gender equality, or youth empowerment
• Experience in facilitation, education, environmental programming, or working with young people is an asset
• Reliable and available to participate in approximately 6–7 workshops

You don’t need to be a climate expert! We’ll provide the workshop materials and guidance.
