Role Overview

We are seeking a web operations technician to help manage the website, design web pages and manage the infrastructure to support the website as well as setting up, configuring and managing tools to help with internal productivity. They may also contribute to testing to ensure proper functionality, coordinate the effort to deploy special features or web pages, and assist with product displays.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the organisation's website and the related infrastructure.
• Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
• Set up and supervise required tools and practises to ensure data’s confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA).
• Creating appropriate website content (i.e. product/item pages).
• Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
• Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards.
• Participate to improving internal productivity with specific tools.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passionate commitment to PIFA’s mission and values.
• A passionate advocate for the arts with a heart for social impact. Your experience level isn't as important as your desire to make a difference and grow with us.
