Role Overview
We are seeking a web operations manager to create a web development plan and manage the website and design of web pages for our site. They may also oversee testing to ensure proper functionality, coordinate the effort to deploy special features or web pages, and assist with product displays.
Key responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organisation's website.
- Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
- Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
- Creating appropriate website content (i.e. product/item pages).
- Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation's standards.
- Any other responsibilities agreed to be taken on that help in this specific role (e.g. NPO media feedback, idea sharing, etc.)
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of website setup
- Attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passionate commitment to PIFA’s mission and values.
- A passionate advocate for the arts with a heart for social impact. Your experience level isn't as important as your desire to make a difference and grow with us.
