About the Role

We’re seeking a Web Developer / Designer who can shape LandSeed’s digital presence with creativity and purpose. If you’re skilled in WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms, and enjoy integrating tools that make websites functional and engaging, this role offers the chance to design with meaning—not just aesthetics.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in web design or development who wants to contribute their expertise to a growing, purpose-driven organization. We need someone who has experience designing and developing in Figma and WordPress.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain LandSeed’s website using WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Design and prototype layouts and user journeys using Figma, then implement them in WordPress.
• Integrate essential tools such as forms, CRMs, donation systems, automations, and data dashboards.
• Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with the marketing and partnership teams to align design with overall strategy.
• Manage content updates and continuously improve site performance and functionality.
• Help build and strengthen LandSeed’s visual identity through thoughtful and consistent design.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web design, development, or digital media.
• Strong command of WordPress and experience with Figma; familiarity with Wix or equivalent platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrations, plugins, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO basics, and responsive design.
• Ability to manage hosting, domains, and ongoing site maintenance.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and design consistency.
• Passion for using digital tools to support community-focused missions.
