About the Role

We’re seeking a Web Designer / WordPress Developer to help shape LandSeed’s digital presence. This role focuses on front-end website design and WordPress site building, ensuring our website is visually engaging, user-friendly, and easy to maintain.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in UX/UI and WordPress site building who wants to contribute their skills to a purpose-driven non-profit organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build website pages using WordPress and page builders.
  • Create layouts and user journeys using Figma or similar design tools.
  • Ensure pages are responsive and optimized for mobile and desktop.
  • Improve website usability and visual consistency.
  • Support content updates and front-end improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams on website needs.

Job Requirements

  • Experience building websites using WordPress (front-end focus).
  • Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
  • Ability to maintain and update website pages.
  • Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
  • Interest in contributing to a community-focused mission.
