Volunteer Web Designer – Bros Before Lows

About Us:
Bros Before Lows is a Brampton-based men’s mental health initiative dedicated to reducing male suicide rates and providing accessible peer support. We’re entering 2026 with ambitious goals and need a fresh, engaging online presence to match our vision.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled volunteer web designer to revamp our website. You’ll have creative freedom to design the site from scratch or work with existing platforms—how you achieve the vision is up to you.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, or refresh the Bros Before Lows website for 2026.

Ensure the site is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and visually appealing.

Collaborate with our team to reflect the mission, messaging, and branding.

Incorporate multimedia elements (images, video, graphics) as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web design (portfolio or examples appreciated).

Proficiency with website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or coding from scratch).

Strong eye for design, layout, and user experience.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with non-profit or community organization websites.

Basic knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.

Familiarity with integrating donation/payment systems.
