Volunteers needed for Charity Fundraiser

We require the help of some volunteers for a charity fundraiser we are holding Sunday June 28, 2026 in Newmarket. Some help is needed the evening before (4pm onwards).

The event is a 4 hour pop-up thrift sale (12-4).

Set up is 10-12pm (unpacking and setting up clothing racks and bags of clothing, and auction items)

Tear down is 4-6pm (packing up and loading bags of clothing and clothing racks and auction items)

12-4 - we need help keeping clothing organized on racks. Also handing out flyers in and around the venue

Bring a bag lunch. Water and snacks provided.
