Responsibilities:

• The volunteer will be responsible for taking notes at their assigned table
• The end of this event will be broken into working groups, whereby each table will be one group. The participants will be discussing ideas and action items. The volunteer will be responsible for listening and taking notes in English that will later be shared with WWF-Canada.
• Immediately after the end of the meeting, volunteers will be required to send the meeting notes to WWF-Canada.
• Volunteers can optionally stay after to mingle and network with participants, and will also have the opportunity to do so at the beginning of the shift as well.
