About Regent Park Film Festival: Regent Park Film Festival (RPFF) is an award-winning, community-based, non-profit organization, and Toronto’s longest-running, FREE film festival. RPFF amplifies and centers marginalized communities and their stories; opens access to the film and television industry; and is committed to keeping art free and accessible to everyone, regardless of financial status. Founded in 2003 when Regent Park was Canada’s oldest public housing neighbourhood, RPFF continues to work to remove barriers, including providing free childcare, free film submissions, and paying all artists for their work. While the neighbourhood has evolved and margins are shifting, RPFF works within this dynamism to honour its history.

VAACT: RPFF is proud to be one of the members of VAACT, a program to recognize volunteers who contribute to multiple arts and culture events throughout the year in the City of Toronto. RPFF requires volunteers to complete a minimum of 5 volunteer shifts during the VAACT term from November 1st through October 31st to successfully complete service with us.

If you are interested in volunteering with us for this opportunity, please sign-up through our Vome page or contact us at: volunteers@rpff.ca for any additional questions.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and we hope to see you soon.
