
VOLUNTEER TREASURER
NTC is a non profit sports organization that has been operating in Campbellville for over 50 years. This all volunteer led organization is run by a board of directors of 10 people. We operate from April 1st through October 31st, however, board meetings do happen year round.
We are looking for a volunteer to perform booking and financial reporting functions along with the yearly T1 Short Tax return.
Typical we write about 50 cheques throughout the season and prepare interim statements monthly using an online software program.
This is role is ideal for a designated accountant or someone who is working towards completing a designation.
The club is easy going and and the commitment is usually 8 two hour meetings per year, and during our open months you will spend about 2 hours per month writing cheques and doing the bookkeeping.
