Volunteer - Theatre Company Board Member

Outside the March is one of Canada's leading immersive theatre companies. We’re seeking candidates to join the Outside the March Board of Directors. The Board provides governance, financial oversight, and strategic guidance, while supporting the tri-leadership and core team.

We’re looking for individuals passionate about the performing arts and cultural sector, community building, equity and inclusion, collaboration, and bold, creative thinking. Our focus is on building a balanced, future-ready Board with diverse skills and perspectives.

Board members attend six meetings per year (1.5–2 hours each), with occasional additional sessions as needed. Members also act as ambassadors and fundraisers for the company’s work, values, and mission in the community.

Note: This is a volunteer position.
