The Regional Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading a team of Community Service Advisors for the Greater Hamilton Area. The Regional Manager works with our Delivery Policy staff and community partners to design, plan, coordinate, and launch webinars, seminars, workshops, and community events aimed at educating families on navigating the Healthcare system.
This role must commit a minimum of 15 hours per week and be based in the Greater Hamilton Area. This role is jointly accountable to the Director of Population Health and the Vice President of Governance.
Program Co-Design
- Work collaboratively with the Program Advisors to understand, conceptualize, and design unique educational and outreach events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and presentations
- Accountable for the event planning process, working in collaboration with the Support Center – locates venues, negotiates contracts, explores approaches, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with the Client Contact Center to create, coordinate, track, and manage registration and customer profiles – ensuring that customers attending seminars with more detailed needs are connected to a Family Service Worker.
Program Delivery:
- Support the Community Service Advisors in the design, set up, delivery, and after-care of community outreach events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and other events.
- Create and maintain relationships with community partners, staying in touch to ensure success and satisfaction (i.e Funeral Homes, retirement homes, financial planners etc.)
- To ensure excellent quality of programs and services, attend at least 75% of events
Market Outreach and Administration
- Provide management and people leadership to the Community Service Advisors, including HR, coaching, performance plans, etc.
- Assist with market outreach efforts as needed, networking to build relationships and increase brand awareness in the community
