You will plan and host meaningful recognition initiatives and appreciation events that celebrate the incredible impact our volunteers make.
- Manage schedules, track hours, and maintain accurate records using volunteer management systems such as Better Impact and PerfectMind, ensuring our data is reliable and our reporting is strong.
- Collect stories, feedback, and metrics that showcase the power of volunteering and use them to help guide future planning and improvement.
BE A TRUSTED VOICE AND PARTNER:
You will be the primary point of contact for volunteers, responding with care, professionalism, and problem-solving to their questions, concerns, and ideas. You will represent the volunteer perspective in internal discussions, helping ensure their voices shape how we deliver programs and services.
You will also support staff through training and coaching on how to effectively integrate volunteers into their programs, strengthening teamwork and program quality across the organization.
