The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy, and strategic-minded volunteers to join our GOOT Team.

🔹 Role Overview The GOOT Team is the "Recruitment Bridge" for IHF. Your mission is to create and maintain the visibility that allows us to find high-level talent for our global operations. By crafting and distributing these very advertisements, you ensure that every department—from Education to Grants—is staffed with passionate leaders ready to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Creation & Strategy: Write and design compelling volunteer recruitment advertisements (like this one) for various global platforms.
• Digital Outreach: Post and manage opportunities on international job boards, volunteer portals, and university career sites.
• HR Liaison: Act as the primary bridge to the Human Resources department by identifying where the organization has staffing gaps.
• Platform Management: Research new digital spaces to increase IHF's visibility and reach diverse talent pools.
• Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Ad Writing 101," digital posting etiquette, and tracking outreach metrics.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong written English skills with a flair for "copywriting" and marketing.
• Resourceful "Internet Detective" who knows how to navigate online communities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns.
• Understanding of recruitment funnels and digital visibility.
• Interested in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
