
Volunteer Operations associate (Remote)
- This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity and as an Associate, you are required to contribute a minimum of 5 hours per week
- Associates must be willing to attend virtual meetings in the EST timezone and be responsive to emails within 36 hours.
- STW™ will provide a "letter of recommendation" to interns, students & professionals who are able to showcase outstanding performance for school/university credit and for professional references.

Save the Water™ is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct water research to identify and remove harmful contaminants in water, and to raise public awareness about water contamination and its health impacts. STW™ also offers educational programs to excite young minds about water science.

The Role:
STW™ is looking for an Associate, Operations who will support the smooth functioning of day to day operations of the organization. The role requires an efficient individual with organizational skills.
What you will be responsible for...:
- Support in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in creating and implementing operational processes to support the proper functioning of STW™.
- Interact positively with various levels within the entire organization.
- Attending meetings & capturing minutes of the meeting
- Fill the timesheet regularly.
- Should be able to attend meetings as scheduled in the EST timezone.

- Associate Degree completed with 6 months to 1-year full time/part time paid corporate/non - profit work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the usage of Google Drive, Gmail, and Knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office tool suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrates both tact and ability to respect confidentiality.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible through changing priorities
