What you will do

• Participate in quarterly finance and audit committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Advise on financial planning and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with other committee members to improve financial processes.

What we are looking for

• Required: Experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Optional: Previous experience with nonprofit organizations.
• Optional: CPA or equivalent qualification.
