Job Overview
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Lead Graphic Designer with design tasks across the website, social media, and other marketing materials. This role involves assisting with the creation of visual assets for events, newsletters, and digital promotions, while ensuring all files are correctly sized, formatted, and aligned with brand guidelines.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, who is comfortable using tools such as Canva and Figma. Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within an existing design system. A portfolio or samples of previous work (academic, freelance, or personal projects) are encouraged.

Duties

• Assist Lead Graphic Designer with design tasks across website, social media, and all other marketing materials as needed
• Prepare and organize design files, ensuring correct sizing, formatting, and brand consistency
• Support the creation of visual assets for events, newsletters, and digital promotions

Skills

• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, and Figma
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and work within existing design systems
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects welcome)
