About Us:

The Breast Cancer Support Fund (BCSF) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment. With 76% of our beneficiaries living on less than $25,000 per year, our mission is to help women in financial need focus on healing rather than the financial burden of their diagnosis.

We are currently seeking a creative Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand, enhance our campaigns, and bring our stories to life through visually compelling materials. This role is ideal for someone who wants to use their creativity make a tangible difference in the lives of women facing breast cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, fundraising campaigns, and events.
• Develop and support visual materials for the Move for the Boob campaign as we expand its reach and engagement.
• Create visuals for BCSF's 15th anniversary communications and activities.
• Support the design of posters, promotional materials, digital assets, and fundraising materials.
• Develop visuals that are consistent with BCSF’s brand identity, values, and mission.
• Assist with the layout and design of reports, brochures, presentations, and donor communications.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across BCSF’s communication channels.
• Work collaboratively with our PR, marketing, fundraising, and volunteer teams to translate ideas and stories into compelling visual content..

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and accessible visuals.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.
• Experience designing for nonprofits or social causes is an asset.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
