Volunteer Google Ads Specialist

iSisters Technology Mentoring is an Ottawa-based charity providing free digital literacy, AI literacy, and employability skills training to women and marginalized communities. We're looking for a volunteer with Google Ads Grant experience to help us get our account back on track.

What we need help with: We're an approved Google Ad Grants nonprofit with an account that was running successfully in the past — but it's currently stalled and we're not sure why. We need someone who can dig in, diagnose the issue (policy compliance, account suspension, low CTR, structure problems, etc.), and help us get our campaigns active and performing again.

You're a great fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience managing Google Ad Grants accounts (not just standard Google Ads)
• Understand the specific rules and pitfalls that trip up nonprofit grant accounts (5% CTR minimum, geo-targeting, keyword quality, conversion tracking, etc.)
• Have worked with small nonprofits or volunteer-run organizations before, and know how to work within limited capacity and tight resources
• Can explain technical issues in plain language to a small, non-technical team
• Are comfortable troubleshooting an existing account rather than building one from scratch

Time commitment: Flexible — this could be a short diagnostic engagement or an ongoing advisory relationship, depending on what works for you.
