🌿 Volunteer Gardener Wanted! Help Bring Life to a Beloved Historic Theatre 🌿

Do you have a green thumb or want to develop one? Are you someone who finds joy in weeding, tidying, and helping gardens grow? Alumnae Theatre, one of Toronto’s oldest and most storied theatre companies, is looking for a Volunteer Gardener to care for our small but mighty outdoor planter area.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone to tend to our front planter boxes and outdoor green space at 70 Berkeley Street in Toronto. This includes:

• Weeding and removing debris or trash
• Pruning and clearing overgrowth
• Planting and watering seasonal flowers or herbs
• Helping us imagine small ways to make the garden more vibrant and inviting

This is a low-pressure, flexible volunteer opportunity—perfect for someone who enjoys quiet, meditative outdoor tasks and wants to contribute to a creative, community-driven environment.
