Volunteer Fundraising Lead (Finally Home Cat Rescue – Richmond Hill, ON, Area) Role Overview: We are a small, passionate cat rescue dedicated to saving and rehoming cats in the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a Volunteer Fundraising Lead to help us raise funds for veterinary care, spay/neuter programs, and ongoing rescue operations.

This is a flexible, meaningful volunteer role, perfect for someone who is
creative, organized, and passionate about making a positive difference for
cats in need. No previous fundraising experience is required — just
enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (very flexible)
• Mostly remote
with occasional local coordination if desired
What You Will Do:
• Help develop simple, effective fundraising ideas (monthly giving, campaigns, events, etc.)
• Support donation appeals and storytelling that connect with supporters
• Manage our fundraising pages on the website (with support from our webmaster)
• Build friendly relationships with donors and thank them for their support
• Work with our team to identify current funding needs (e.g., vet bills for rescued cats)
• Track basic progress and celebrate wins together Qualifications & Skills: We’d love it if you have:
