Volunteer Fundraiser – The Princess Lily Series
Help Spark Magic, Courage, and Hope in the Lives of Children Facing Serious Illness.
The Princess Lily Series is a whimsical, heartfelt charitable initiative that creates and donates beautifully written and illustrated storybooks to children across Canada who are facing childhood cancer, Neurofibromatosis, and other serious health conditions. Each book is a gift of courage—and each fundraiser helps us reach one more child with a magical story that reflects their bravery.
We’re looking for passionate, outgoing, and compassionate Volunteer Fundraisers to help us grow our impact through community engagement, partnerships, creative campaigns and donate gift bags to McMaster Children's Hospital.
What You’ll Do:
• Build awareness and raise funds for The Princess Lily Series through digital and local outreach
• Connect with individuals, businesses, or schools to encourage sponsorships, Canadampaigns, or donations
• Contribute ideas for seasonal fundraising initiatives (like “Go Gold with Lily” in September!)
• Assist with events, storytelling campaigns, or kindness kit distribution
• Share magic on social media or in your local community—your way!
Who You Are:
• A kind-hearted storyteller or connector who wants to make a difference
• A student, parent, professional, or retiree with a few hours to give each week
• Comfortable reaching out to others through email, phone, or in-person connections
• Passionate about supporting children, families, and purpose-driven causes
• Experience in fundraising, marketing, or events is a bonus—but not required!
