Through our global humanitarian projects including healthcare, sight restoration, clean water aid, education, orphan support, food distribution, and emergency & disaster relief, we strive to empower families and transform lives with dignity and compassion.

As Ramadan approaches, we are assembling a dedicated team of volunteers to help us connect with our generous donors and inspire meaningful impact during this blessed month.

Role Summary

As a Volunteer Donor Outreach Caller, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing donors, appreciating their past contributions, and sharing how their support can create a life-changing impact this Ramadan.

Volunteers will receive training, ongoing support, and the full backing of our fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call existing donors using a provided script to build rapport and express gratitude
• Share updates about Al Mustafa Canada’s projects and Ramadan initiatives
• Encourage donors to continue their support during Ramadan
• Record call outcomes in simple tracking sheets
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality at all times
• Attend brief training and team check-ins

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly and professional communication style
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable and consistent with scheduled shifts
• Passionate about humanitarian causes
• Fluency in English (other languages such as Urdu and Arabic are an asset)
• No prior fundraising experience required

Time Commitment

• Flexible scheduling (5–10 hours per week)
• Commitment for the Ramadan period (roughly 4–6 weeks)

Location: 303-55 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 1M3

Start Date: February–March 2026 (training provided)

Commitment: Flexible shifts, 5–10 hours/week during Ramadan
