The Role

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital & AI Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our project management and PR team to streamline our content creation and expand our reach.

This is a unique opportunity to experiment with AI-driven workflows (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) in a real-world business context. You won’t just be posting on social media; you will be helping to build an automated, modern marketing engine for a non-profit.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Creation: Utilize AI tools to draft blog posts, press releases, and social media captions that align with Anhart’s voice.

Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Visual Asset Generation: Use AI image generators or design tools (Canva/Photoshop) to create compelling visuals for campaigns and website updates.

Data & Analytics: Monitor website traffic and social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Community Engagement: Assist in monitoring social channels and interacting with our digital community.

What We’re Looking For

Passion for the Mission: A genuine interest in affordable housing, non-profit work, and community building.

Tech-Forward Mindset: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Webflow, WordPress, SEO basics, or video editing.

What You Will Gain

Portfolio Building: Real-world examples of AI-integrated marketing campaigns to showcase to future employers.

Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior leadership in Project Management and Public Relations.

Reference: A professional letter of recommendation and LinkedIn endorsement upon successful completion of the internship.

Impact: The satisfaction of knowing your work directly supports the creation of affordable housing in Canada.
