About Nectara

Nectara is a psychedelic preparation and integration platform supporting retreat centers, clinics, and facilitators in delivering safer, more effective care. We're transitioning into a Canadian nonprofit foundation, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to help us stay organized and visible as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Digital resource management — organize and post our content (videos, audio, guides) across channels including YouTube, SoundCloud, and Spotify
• General online support — help with email correspondence, research tasks, and data entry/organization
• Flexible, skills-based tasks — depending on your background and interests, we may bring you into other projects where your specific skills or expertise are a good fit

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written English skills
• Comfortable working independently and communicating async (we're a remote team)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Interested in psychedelic care, mental health, or nonprofit work is a plus, but not required
• No specific technical background required — willingness to learn our tools (Circle, basic content platforms) is enough
