We are seeking licensed and experienced hairstylists, cosmetologists, barbers, colourists, nail technicians, makeup artists, and aestheticians (e.g., those skilled in waxing/hair removal, brow shaping, nail services, and related treatments) to volunteer as short-term instructors for a six-month accredited hair, beauty, and aesthetics training program in the city of Gilgit, in Northern Pakistan.

Volunteers will travel for approximately one month (with some flexibility) to provide hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and mentorship to local students in their area of expertise. The goal is to transfer practical skills, professional techniques, and industry standards that will help students gain employable, income-generating skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current or former licensed professionals in hair, beauty, barbering, or aesthetics
  • Strong practical experience and a passion for teaching and mentorship
  • Cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work in a resource-limited setting

Logistics:

  • Accommodation and meals within Pakistan are provided
  • Volunteers are responsible for their own airfare

Teaching schedules will align with the program curriculum
