Volunteer coordinator

This is a board-level position with a small nonprofit that is currently totally volunteer-driven.

You will be HR for the organization. Previous incumbents have created templates for job descriptions (a senior volunteer as well as a university intern have held this position).

The volunteer coordinator helps other board members / project leads find the people they need to move the needle on helping single senior women find compatible homemates.
