Volunteer Coach (Training Provided)

Are you passionate about empowering young girls to become strong women? Become a volunteer coach for the Fit Active Beautiful (FAB) Foundation!

We are currently seeking female volunteer coaches (age 18+) for our 2026 youth girls goal setting and physical literacy program. This is a free program for our participants. We run our 90 minute weekly program sessions on weekday evenings from April to June. Plus, there are 4 inspiring & fun events! You choose from one of our 9 locations in Hamilton that best suits your schedule, and we provide all the necessary training.
