About the Opportunity:
Bryan Fockler, your BC Greens Candidate for Burnaby South-Metrotown, is seeking an organized, strategic, and experienced Campaign Manager to anchor our core cabinet for the current provincial election. As this is a fast-moving campaign, we need a proactive leader ready to hit the ground running.

Because our central operations and database tracking are fully digitalized, this position can be handled remotely or hybrid—you do not strictly need to live within the riding boundaries to lead our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Oversight: Coordinate with the candidate to execute the campaign timeline and drive daily ground/digital priorities.
• Database Management: Oversee our local GVote database, managing voter contact lists and tracking field progress.
• Team Leadership: Act as the central anchor for our emerging cabinet pillars, including volunteer coordination, field operations, and communications.
• Compliance Support: Ensure campaign logistics align smoothly with standard provincial field guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in political campaigns, issue-based advocacy, or non-profit volunteer coordination (experience with GVote or similar campaign databases is a major asset).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on a tight timeline.
• A passion for grassroots community organizing and building a sustainable, green future.

Time Commitment:
Flexible but high-impact. We need someone who can dedicate consistent hours throughout the duration of the campaign period to keep our momentum surging.
