Volunteer Bookkeeper

Volunteer Bookkeeper. This is a remote, unpaid volunteer position.

About us

We are a non-profit volunteer organization whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned and neglected cats in the greater Richmond Hill, Ontario, area. With your help, we give these felines the care and compassion they need.

What you will do

• Remote work
• Arrange for pickup of the monthly package of receipts within Richmond Hill
• Enter receipts into the appropriate Quickbooks Online accounts
• Provide standard reporting and discuss with the team
• Arrange for the delivery of financial information to the accountant
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping

What we are looking for

• 2-4 hours per week
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with bookkeeping
• Access to your own computer and internet
