Join the Rosalie Hall Board of Directors

For over a century, Rosalie Hall has empowered young parents, children, and families. We are recruiting volunteer Board members who want to use their skills, experience, and perspective to help strengthen our organization and the families we serve.

As an accredited child and youth mental health agency, Rosalie Hall provides live-in treatment, education, counselling, mental health supports, child development, parenting, and wraparound services. Guided by our 2025—2028 Strategic Plan, we are focused on strengthening our impact and expanding our reach.

The Opportunity

Previous Board or governance experience is an asset but not required. We welcome individuals who are engaged, collaborative, and committed to good governance.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Accounting, Finance, or CPA
  • Human Resources / Risk Management s/ Non-profit Governance or Strategic Planning
  • Board members are expected to:
  • Provide governance oversight, strategic direction, and ensure accountability. Contribute to decisions related to finances, human resources, risk, sustainability, and long-term planning.
  • Participate actively in Board and committee work.

Bring their expertise, perspective, and community networks.

Serve as ambassadors by building relationships, raising awareness, supporting fundraising, and advocating for young parents and their children.

Time Commitment

Approximately five regular Board meetings are held each year at 6:30 p.m. for the 2026—2027 term: September, November, February, April, and June. Members may also participate in committees and other Board activities. The estimated commitment is 4-6 hours per month, depending on involvement.
