Volunteer Board of Directors - Community Relations Advisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
§ To communicate the impact of SJA’s work in and on the communities served;
§ To educate the public about SJA’s health, safety and charitable mission and ways that they can support SJA’s mission, including collaborating with the Regional Management on possible support to marketing, communication, and social media activities;
§ To advocate, promote, open doors, and act as ambassadors for SJA within their respective communities;
§ To help identify mission-related health, safety, and service opportunities that SJA can potentially meet in their respective communities;
§ To identify and develop community partners; and
§ To help the Region participate in community events.
