FOCUS Accreditation is seeking two to three dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a leading accreditation organization in Canada, we are committed to elevating service standards, supporting nonprofit and community organizations, and ensuring quality service delivery for those we serve.

Who We Are Looking For: We welcome candidates with experience in: Governance Nonprofit Leadership and Management Legal and Risk Management Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives Service Delivery and Program Development Government Relations Developmental Services Sector Community Support Services Sector Deafblind Sector

Expectations of Board Members:
• Currently in an Executive position (i.e., Executive Director/CEO).
• Serve three 3-year terms and attend regular board meetings virtually.
• Available to attend Board and Committee meetings during the day.
• Provide guidance on strategy, policy, and financial oversight.
• Support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Advocate and champion our mission and connect with stakeholders.
