Volunteer Assistant, Convention Ambassador Program

This is a temporary, contract position:

Friday, Feb. 27 - Wednesday, March 4, 2026 (6 days in person work onsite)

Dec. 2025 to Jan. 2026 Additional casual/flexible hours (approximately 20 hours of remote work)

Under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator, this position will assist with training and shift management of Convention Ambassadors (volunteers). Convention Ambassadors greet attendees and assist them in navigating the convention smoothly. Volunteers are primarily students, and are given the opportunity to volunteer in exchange for a complimentary registration to the event (among other benefits). The Volunteer Assistant plays an important role in the success of the Convention Ambassador Program.
