We’re Looking for Volunteer Assistant Accountants!

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in accounting and finance? We’re offering a volunteer opportunity for Assistant Accountants to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and communication skills

Requirements:

• No prior professional experience required
• Candidates who have completed college in Canada are strongly preferred
• Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits, bookkeeping)
• Familiarity with Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
