Vice-President of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Vice-President of Operations to provide executive leadership across all operational areas of the organization.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, this role is responsible for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and alignment with HCH’s Christian mission. This is a senior leadership role within a complex, campus-based seniors care organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive oversight of seniors housing and long-term care operations
• Ensure compliance with Ontario long-term care legislation and standards
• Lead and support senior leadership teams in a unionized environment
• Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation
• Partner with the CEO and Board on strategy and governance

Qualifications

• University degree in health administration, business administration, nursing, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in health administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in long-term care, seniors housing, healthcare, or a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of Ontario long-term care regulations
• Proven people leadership and operational management experience
• Financial and organizational leadership within a not-for-profit or public-sector context
• Alignment with and commitment to Christian values
