Position Summary:

Valued Connections Healthcare is looking for a number of team members across Client Contact Services, Community Education, Program Design, Business Services, IT, Procurement and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Services or Finance Advisors
- The Business Advisors provide direct support to senior management and the operating teams in their area of expertise, Business Advisors support one of the following units - for example
- Procurement:
- Provide end-to-end procurement support to front line through request, purchase order issuance, vendor relationship management and quote management.
- Design and support the procurement policy, processes and standardization of methods.
- Procurement:
- Finance:
- Provide Operational and Administrative Fiscal Support, including payment coding, payables, receivables, expenses, internal audit and cash management activities
- Support the design, management, training and implementation of agency-wide finance practices and controls.
- IT:
- Provide Service Desk Support including password rests, activations, hardware issues, hardware upgrades and system updates
- Working with procurement support the planning, implementation and go live of new tech within the organization working to modernize service delivery.
Program Advisor
- Owns the end to end process for design, development, creation and training of our Community Education Series including webinars, seminars, workshops, outreach materials, information sheets and other educational programs.
- Supports the policy and delivery design for Service Delivery, including creating forms, handbooks, materials, working with Customer Experience to improve processes and more.
Workshop Facilitator, Regional
Using the standard approaches, plan, deliver and coordinate the delivery of webinars, seminars and workshops in your local community. Hamilton and Toronto preferred.
Customer Service Agent
Support routine client questions including intake, registration, resource orders, and information updates.
