We are currently expanding our digital presence and building platforms that improve transparency, donor engagement, field reporting, and community impact tracking.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across our website, dashboards, mobile tools, and donor platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to use design skills to create meaningful social impact while building a strong professional portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and develop user personas
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Improve website user flow and navigation
Ensure responsive and accessible design standards
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and content teams
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Develop design systems and UI component libraries
Optimize digital platforms for donor engagement and community reporting
Required Qualifications
Experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required)
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive experiences
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing dashboards or data visualization tools
Familiarity with nonprofit or impact-driven organizations
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS)
Experience designing mobile-first applications
