This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content for training—management, technical, and/or soft skills
  • Co-facilitate training programs and also lead training programs in a volunteer setting
  • Document employee experiences and follow up with training effectiveness
  • Assist HR Lead (Learning & Development) to map learning needs across management levels and various committees
  • Assist in learning analytics using learning frameworks (ADDIE, OKR, Kirkpatrick,

etc.) and Google feedback forms

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training content creation
  • Diploma/certifications/degree in Adult Learning Principles/Instructional Design preferred
  • Good training facilitation skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Content creation skills
  • Compatibility with Google Suite &; Slack communication tools
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to connect with diverse learning audiences
  • Must currently reside in Canada
  • Availability to attend training events and meetings during the evenings on weekdays
