Toronto Pearson Airport - Welcome Team Volunteer

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s day? Are you passionate about travel and aviation? As an airport volunteer, you’ll have the chance to interact with travelers from around the world, providing them with invaluable assistance, information, and a warm welcome. You may be a perfect fit for our Welcome Team! At Pearson, passengers are our passion, and our team of volunteers helps deliver that promise every day. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, showing someone the way, or simply making passengers feel at ease on their journey through the airport, the Welcome Team is here to lend a hand.

We are looking for volunteers who can contribute a minimum of eight hours per month, for at least one year (12 months). We welcome applicants from a diversity of backgrounds.
