Join Us as an Event Volunteer at the Toronto Marathon

The Position:

Habitat for Humanity GTA is seeking enthusiastic event volunteers to support the Toronto Marathon. As an event assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting runners, setting up, and cleaning up the watering station. This outdoor event will take place rain or shine, so come prepared for a fun and rewarding experience!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the morning setup of the water station
• Support runners by handing out drinks and cheering them on
• Keep the water station stocked and tidy
• Help with cleanup after the event

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with a diverse team
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and friendliness
• Understanding of Habitat for Humanity's mission and a desire to promote it
