Volunteer Board Director — TEAD Therapeutic Riding Centre

As we look toward our next 50 years, we are seeking Directors who can bring their expertise, perspectives and networks to help strengthen TEAD's governance, sustainability and community impact.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in healthcare and therapeutic services, veterinary care, equine knowledge, marketing and communications, information technology and cybersecurity, advocacy and government relations, corporate networks and strategic partnerships, and business strategy and operational growth.

Directors are active participants in TEAD's governance and strategic direction and serve as ambassadors for the organization. This includes helping build relationships, create opportunities, open doors and strengthen the philanthropic and community connections that make our mission possible.

Previous Board experience is welcome, but not required. We value candidates who are prepared, curious, collaborative, mission-focused and ready to contribute their time, judgment and voice.

The commitment is approximately 8–10 hours per month, including monthly Board meetings, committee participation, preparation and key annual events. Directors serve three-year terms, with eligibility for up to two additional consecutive terms.
