ROLE Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits. We recruit, train and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting. Our focus is on serving non-profit organizations that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to be the primary support for our Volunteer Consultants throughout the recruitment process. This is an unpaid, volunteer role requiring a commitment of 1 to 2 years. This role focuses on administrative efficiency, volunteer engagement, and ensuring a positive, high-quality experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Recruitment: Manage all administrative tasks related to the six-month project cycle,
including:

o Schedule interviews during the recruitment cycle with project volunteers
o Manage project agreements, waivers, and necessary paperwork.
o Participate in recruiting events as required (e.g., info-session, interviews)
• Engagement & Communications: Manage the recruitment email and act as the main point
of contact for consultant inquiries, providing timely support and information.
• Talent Data Management: Help to maintain the volunteer database in MS Excel, ensuring
all project assignments, skills, and contact information are accurate and up-to-date.
• Process Support: Work closely with the Recruiter and Talent Team to ensure a seamless
transition of talent from selection to project start.
• Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Commitment: Must be able to dedicate a minimum number of hours per week (e.g., hours)
and commit to the role for 1 to 2 years. This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
• Experience: Experience in an administrative, coordination, or HR/Talent role, preferably
supporting a high-volume volunteer or project-based environment.
• Interpersonal: Good written and verbal communication skills with a helpful, positive, and
service-oriented demeanor.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
