Cuso International is entering a pivotal phase of growth, and we are looking for a talent leader who can help shape what comes next.

The Opportunity: As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a central role in building the workforce behind Cuso’s global impact. This is more than recruitment; it's about designing and leading a forward-thinking talent strategy that attracts highly skilled professionals and volunteers aligned with our mission.

You will lead the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing and engagement to onboarding and experience, while strengthening partnerships with institutions, diaspora networks, and industry to build sustainable talent pipelines. You will also guide a dedicated team and collaborate across departments to ensure we meet ambitious program and delivery goals worldwide.

What you will bring: You are a strategic and hands-on talent leader with a passion for connecting people to purpose. You bring:

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership.
  • A track record of building proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Experience recruiting specialized or technical profiles.
  • Strong partnership-building skills across sectors and communities.
  • Confidence working with data, systems, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to lead across diverse, global teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is strongly preferred, and Spanish is an asset.

Why Cuso: At Cuso, your work directly contributes to global impact while being supported locally:

  • Flexible hybrid work model (2 days in office).
  • Generous time off, including up to 4 weeks vacation + holiday closure.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including mental health support.
  • Inclusive and purpose-driven culture.
  • Wellness initiatives, including in-office programming

If you are ready to lead talent strategy in an organization where people are at the heart of global change, we would love to hear from you.
