The convenor also calls group members monthly to remind them of the upcoming meeting, provides BTFC staff members with updated membership listings, and ensures the meeting room is ready. Strong computer and administrative skills are required for this role. The Convenor is supported by the Support Services Specialist at Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada and will be offered training and ongoing check-ins.
